Provide customer service to transportation clients, visitors, passengers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, vehicle staging locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information.
