As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Surveillance in Kahului, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a transportation setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to travelers, employees, and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and support a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to transportation clients, visitors, passengers, and/or employees while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facilities, parking areas, vehicle staging locations, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate contacts.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
