What You’ll Be Doing:

Assisting with installation of lighting control systems, A/V equipment, speakers, networks, and smart devices.
Pulling wire, organizing cables, labeling, and learning clean install practices.
Supporting senior technicians and learning how systems actually come together.
Keeping job sites clean, organized, and dialed in.
Gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills level up.

What You Bring:

A strong interest in tech, construction, or hands‑on work.
Basic familiarity with tools (or willingness to learn quickly).Reliability — if you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
A positive, team‑first mindset.
Ability to take direction and apply it.
