Packer / Helper
Pay: $18 - $21 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Communicate professionally with customers and co‑workers
- Pack/wrap household goods safely and securely
- Unload and unpack household goods and place into residence at customer request
- Use all moving equipment safely
- Adhere to all company safety practices, policies, and procedures
- Report all damages and/or injuries in a timely manner
- Read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Foster a cooperative work environment
- Follow routine verbal and written instructions
Give and receive verbal instructions - Pass pre‑employment drug screen (including marijuana, medical marijuana, and THC) and criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous transportation experience preferred
- Heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 75 pounds
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- See and respond to situations
- Work in extreme weather
- Walk, crouch, or kneel
