Job Description

Install, maintain, and repair residential central AC and ductless split systems.

Perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and system performance testing.

Service HVAC systems across multiple families/brands.

Provide free estimates and explain service recommendations to customers.

Deliver punctual, high-quality service while upholding company standards.

Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic on every job.

Position Requirements

Proven experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of various HVAC system brands and models.

Valid Hawaii HVAC license/certification.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
