MB Dispatcher

This position is responsible for scheduling, directing, and communicating with drivers to ensure on-time service delivery and providing service excellence to all customers, vendors, clients, and employees that require transportation services/assistance at all times.

• Level 1 – Dispatcher
  • Report on time for scheduled shift
  • Ensure that all drivers have reported for duty on time
  • Monitor “Call Log” to ensure all drivers have received their correct start time for the day
  • Review daily service orders to ensure proper coverage

  • Monitor drivers to ensure on time service delivery

  • Re-route drivers to cover open runs resulting from sick or late calls

  • Keep management informed regarding possible service failures or any events causing traffic delays.

• Requirements
  • Meet all “Level 1” requirements
  • Ability to execute “Level 1” duties and responsibilities proficiently
  • Proficient knowledge of the Island of Maui
