Job Summary
Warehouse Driver/Loader – responsible for the delivery, unloading, and safe handling of mattress products in a warehouse environment. Must work weekends and be at least 21 years old. Sign‑on bonus of $2,500.
Physical Demands- Lifts or moves over 100 pounds
- Sits, stands, walks, talks, and hears frequently
- Uses hands and fingers for reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching occasionally
- Sight required for safety
- Prepare, receive, and provide documentation for delivery or pickup of product
- Load, secure, and unload cargo
- Operate a truck greater than 3 tons, transport cargo to and from specified destinations
- Obtain client and customer signatures for delivery acknowledgment
- Provide exceptional customer service and safe setup/removal of products
- Maintain contact with router for delivery instructions
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules
- Maintain logs of travel and cargo per federal and state regulations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection and routine maintenance of vehicle and equipment
- Complete required training modules and certifications by their due dates
- Follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts
- Follow company policies, appearance standards, and brand representation
- Report concerns or issues to leadership for proper efficiency of operations
- Assist in warehouse duties when necessary
- Ensure safe and timely transfer of products between store locations
- Assist store personnel with material movement
- Execute company initiatives and activities requested by the supervisor
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Contribute ideas to optimize the team, department, and company
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Professional Experience1+ years related experience preferred.
Skills- Strong communication skills
- Thorough and accurate task completion
- Time‑management to meet delivery schedules
- Familiarity with navigation systems
- Microsoft Office products (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license (required upon hire)
- Valid and updated medical certificate (required upon hire)
- Satisfactory driving record

Competitive pay of $23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. Leadership roles may receive additional bonuses at the company’s discretion.
