Cessna Caravan First Officer — Maui; Kahului OGG

Serve as First Officer on the Cessna 208 Caravan for scheduled inter-island commuter operations based exclusively at Kahului (OGG). You will report to the Chief Pilot and Director of Operations and operate in accordance with FAA Part 135 regulations.

• Conduct safe, efficient line operations, departures, and arrivals across the Hawaii network.
• Support the Captain with all phases of flight planning, performance, and checklist execution.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally at all times.
• Participate in training and recurrent events; maintain currency and compliance.

• License: CPL — current FAA Commercial Pilot certificate with Instrument rating and Single-Engine Land.
• Minimum total time: 500 hours total time.
• Cross-country: 100 hours total, including 25 hours at night.
• Additional time:
  Either 50 hours turbine or 75 hours instrument.
• Medical:
  Current FAA Second-Class Medical (must be current before training).
• Other credentials:
  Radio Operator’s certificate; valid U.S. passport (required for CASS).
• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months as a pilot.
• Age: 18+.
• Availability:
  Flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Work authorization:
  Authorized to work in the United States under the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
• Screening:
  Able to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen.

• Block-hour pay: $16/hr during training and when released to the line under 600 hrs; $18/hr from 600–900 hrs; $21/hr beyond 900 hrs.
• Guarantee: 65 block hours per month beginning on day one of training.
• Per diem: $45 flat per overnight away from base.
