Position Summary:The Warehouse Production employee is directly responsible for the essential functions of warehouse and production operations for the Maui Division, as directed by the Division Manager or Assistant Division Manager. This role supports shipping, receiving, and customer will-call activity while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
High school diploma or equivalent, plus 1–3 years of warehouse experience
Current TB clearance required
Ability to physically perform all duties of the loader position, including heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs.), standing for long periods, and operating forklifts and pallet jacks
Basic reading, writing, math, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:- Assists customers with will-call pick-up of water and coolers, and processes bottle and cooler returns
- Works closely with each department to support and assist as needed
- Loads and off-loads all containers related to the shipping and receiving operations of the warehouse
- Verifies information on inventory control forms used by drivers for accuracy
- Performs general housekeeping duties related to the upkeep of the warehouse and surrounding areas
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies as directed by management
- Follows established work procedures and standards to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of safety programs
- Ensures compliance with established company and safety standards
- Performs related duties as assigned by the Division Manager within the scope of the role
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance consistent with the assigned work schedule
- Must follow instructions and all safety policies and procedures
- Must understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Good oral and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with co-workers and the public
- Ability to work under deadlines and occasional pressure, use sound judgment, and exercise discretion
- Environmental, health, and safety knowledge and skills
Work hours may range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, depending on assigned shift
Overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required and is subject to change with little or no notice
