Saint Mark Lutheran School is seeking a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented Business Manager to join our administrative team beginning in November 2026. Reporting to the Head of School, this position provides financial oversight, operational support, and exceptional customer service to students, families, faculty, staff, and church members
Key responsibilities- Managing school and church financial records through Quick Books
- Overseeing accounts receivable and payable
- Processing tuition and other payments
- Coordinating purchasing and operational needs
- Assisting with payroll, employee records, benefits, and onboarding
- Administering the school's financial aid program
- Maintaining confidential financial and personnel records
- Providing administrative support to the Head of School, faculty, and staff
We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, service-oriented, and comfortable working in a Christ-centered environment while building positive relationships with children, families, faculty, staff, and church members.
Ideal candidate- Experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or business office management
- Proficiency with Quick Books and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality
Experience in a school, church, or nonprofit setting is preferred.
