We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of our day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys autonomy, and can manage the full accounting cycle with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of the general ledger
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Process payroll and related filings
- Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
- Coordinate with CPA for tax preparation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Support management with financial insights and analysis
