What the job involves:
As a Summer Intern in Facilities Management at JLL, you will:

* Engage with Operations Managers to gain insight into operational leadership and team collaboration for a high-performing account

* Receive one-on-one mentorship from a Regional Operations Manager to expand your technical skills and understanding of integrated facilities management practices, learning how building maintenance is coordinated for a world-class client.

* Utilize Corrigo (CMMS) to assist local teams with work order management

* Assist with facility inspections to identify and document deficiencies and needed repairs

* Develop skills in vendor management for both hard and soft services

* Support compliance and safety standards

Education, Skills, and Experience

* Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in Facilities Management or related field

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and take initiative

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

* Desire to learn about facilities operations and process optimization

We do not offer relocation assistance or housing for our internship program.

You will gain valuable insight into the commercial real estate industry while being exposed to multiple lines of business over the course of your internship.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

7,600. USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
