This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.

Location: Kailua Kona, HI

Pay: $25/hour

Experience: 0 to 3 years of directly related or closely related experience

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Associate's degree preferred
  • Type: Full-time;
    Contract

    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

    Employers Options is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join a growing and dynamic team!

    Job Description:

  • Send email blasts, post Town Sq notices, and send faxes.
  • Prep credit or reimburse owners by creating workflows for approval and for Accounting to process.
  • Obtain Board Member email responses to seminars, register for respective seminar, send confirmation email to Board Member, and process PTRF/invoice.
  • Complete all mailouts (printing, stuffing, posting), Utilize USPS, Certified, Fed Ex, or UPS.
  • Extract monthly financials from vault, create long, short, and watermarked versions, File to F drive, post to Town Sq, Print, Mail and or Email.
  • Receive and track returned consent forms.
  • Assemble completed budget from Accounting.
  • Receive and track all proxies, providing quorum counts to CAM, and attend annual meetings as scheduled.
  • Register owners tally all votes (Need driver’s license and vehicle)
  • Scan certificates of election and voting certificates.
  • Receive all interim changes to Board Roster from CAM, update in C3, and send via email to CAM.
  • Process every odd year for assigned CAM’s properties.
  • Position Requirements:

  • Knowledge of general office equipment (copier, fax, phone systems, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to learn and utilize proprietary systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
  • Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
