Work Schedule:
Monday/Friday Before 8am, 12pm‑1pm, 5pm‑7pm
Daily Planning & Prioritization: Meet with the client during morning and mid‑day windows to map out daily objectives, prioritize competing tasks, and establish clear action plans.
Workflow & Digital Organization: Help organize, clean up, and maintain electronic systems, documentation workflows, and email management systems.
Process Streamlining: Analyze current administrative processes and collaborate with the client to make them simpler, repeatable, and more manageable.
Error Prevention & Quality Control: Conduct evening reviews of daily outputs to ensure tasks are completed accurately and no critical details are missed.
Collaborative Problem Solving: Help the client navigate unexpected workplace hurdles or shifting priorities with calm, constructive strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
The
Ideal Background:
Experience in Executive Function Coaching, Special Education, Social Work, or as a high‑level Executive Assistant.Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in digital organization tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, project management apps) and an ability to quickly learn proprietary workflows.
Coaching Mindset: Exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills. You know how to guide and empower someone rather than just doing the work for them.
Reliability: Strict adherence to a unique split‑shift schedule and reliable transportation to the Windward side.
Discretion: Absolute commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism regarding the client’s work and personal data.
