The Quality Assurance Executive Assistant at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts Hawaii Kailua is responsible for monitoring policy compliance across departments, coordinating with leaders, and performing regular internal audits to ensure service standards are met.
You will support the Managing Director and Executive Offices, act as a brand ambassador, manage audits per LQA and Forbes standards, and help translate audit results into actionable improvement plans across the hotel.
