The Opportunity
- Wind Construction Manager:
Lead day-to-day construction activities on-site - Own field execution across major component exchange, crane/heavy lift coordination, and recommissioning
- Direct and coordinate repower construction
- Oversee major component work, including gearbox, generator, and blade exchange
- Manage heavy lift and crane operations, ensuring safe and efficient execution
- Lead recommissioning activities to bring repowered turbines back online
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and drive a strong safety culture across contractors and crews
- Coordinate with project management, engineering, and O&M teams to keep the project on schedule
- 8–15+ years of wind construction/field experience and Repower Projects
- Heavy lift and crane operations experience
- Recommissioning experience on repowered wind assets
- No degree required — safety and construction management credentials valued
- Willingness to relocate to or work on-site in HI for the duration of the project
