Position: Day Spa Lead
UFC GYM -  - Responsibilities:
Session Excellence:
Conduct safe, knowledgeable, and effective recovery sessions utilizing our state-of-the-art equipment and modalities.;
Sales & Growth:
Introduce guests and members to the Recovery Center, deliver impactful introductory sessions, and successfully sell monthly subscriptions and packages.;
Program Administration:
Ensure accurate setup and ongoing tracking of client programs, including dotFIT profiles, lifestyle supplements, and modality utilization.;
Operational Standards:
Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the Recovery Center, ensuring all equipment is clean and fully operational.;
Community Connection:
Respond professionally to member inquiries, build strong relationships, and actively encourage member involvement in recovery routines.
