Applicants must be able to answer a high volume of calls, take taxi and tour orders in both Japanese and English, input orders into the dispatch system quickly and accurately, and coordinate with drivers, customers, and tour agents to ensure timely pick‑ups.

In addition to inputting orders into the system, candidates must hand‑write orders into the log and update spreadsheets to track orders for commission, process itineraries, and assign drivers according to the rotation schedule. Qualified applicants will keep up with ever‑changing company policies and prices.

We also ask that applicants be familiar with Oahu streets and locations.

We’re looking for candidates who have lived on Oahu for 2 or more years.
