Compensation:$60,000–$90,000 per year + applicable performance bonus

About the Role:For one of our clients, a leading company in the USA, we are hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative for an on-site position in Hawaii.
You will assist customers, answer questions, resolve service issues, maintain accurate records, and help provide a positive customer experience. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Your Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through assigned service channels
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and customer requests
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Process service requests, account updates, orders, payments, or documentation as applicable
- Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve customer issues
- Follow service standards, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
- Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction targets
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, front desk, or administrative support is preferred but not required
- Clear verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Organized and able to manage several customer requests in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, service-oriented, and comfortable working independently and in a team
