Customer Service Representative — On-Site (Hawaii)

Location: On-site — Multiple Locations Across Hawaii

Note: This is not a remote position. Multiple openings are available across different client sites in Hawaii.

We are hiring professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join client teams in Hawaii.

You will assist customers, answer questions, resolve service issues, and provide a positive experience. No prior experience? Training is provided for motivated candidates.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and requests
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when necessary
• Process service requests, orders, payments, or account updates
• Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
• Coordinate with operations and other departments to resolve issues
• Follow company procedures, service standards, and confidentiality requirements
• Maintain professional communication and contribute to customer satisfaction

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, or administrative support preferred but not required
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, service-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
