Apply for Certified Early Education Teacher at Euro Staffs in Kailua, HI, US. This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth.
Job SummaryWe are looking for educators who are open-minded, collaborative, professional, and excited to learn. Our school has a thoughtfully developed approach to early childhood education, and our teachers will be trained in the specific practices, tools, routines, and philosophies used throughout the program. The right candidate will be comfortable learning and implementing our approach, while also bringing their own creativity, experience, and ideas to the leaning environment.
We value teachers who are receptive to feedback, willing to try new approaches, and committed to working as part of a team. This is a great fit for someone who wants to be part of building something unique, rather than simply stepping into a traditional classroom and doing things the way they have always been done.

- Willingness to learn and follow established classroom practices and program expectations
- Receptiveness to coaching, feedback, and professional development
- Creativity and a genuine curiosity about how children learn
- Consistency, reliability, and strong professional boundaries
- Respectful communication with children, families, and coworkers
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Professional appearance, conduct, punctuality, and dependability
- The ability to balance personal teaching experience with the philosophy and methods of a modern school
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Support a warm, respectful, engaging, and organized learning environment
- Follow established routines, systems, and teaching practices
- Use the school's designated materials, tools, and documentation practices
- Support children's independence, social-emotional development, creativity, and problem-solving
- Observe children and communicate meaningful observations about their development and interests
- Build positive and professional relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with the teaching team and school leadership
- Participate in training, staff meetings, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming learning environment
- Follow all Hawaii DHS childcare licensing requirements and school policies
- Maintain a consistently professional, dependable, and positive presence
- Must meet Hawaii DHS requirements for a qualified/certified early childhood teacher
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Comfortable receiving direction, coaching, and feedback
- Willingness to learn and consistently implement the school's established approach
This position offers both structure and creativity. We want teachers who bring their experience, personality, and ideas—but who also understand that consistency across the program is important. You will not be expected to arrive with your own classroom model or reinvent the program. Instead, you will receive training and guidance on our unique approach and will be expected to learn, implement, and contribute to it as a member of the team.
If you are an educator who is confident enough to keep learning, open to new ideas, and excited about contributing to a unique early childhood program, we'd love to hear from you.
