• Work Hours:
  Eight hour work days. Incumbent will be scheduled based on operational need (rotate shifts, standby, on call).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervisory Duties:

• Collaborate with the Director of School Based Health and other leaders to ensure efficient and effective healthcare delivery.
• Plan and oversee health service delivery, supervise staff, and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of all School Based Services Staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Promote a productive and safe working environment with clear communication.
• Address patient complaints and questions promptly.

Clinical Nursing Duties:

• Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing care plans.
• Document nursing assessments and patient care provided.
• Communicate with medical providers about patient needs and education.
• Perform direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
• Handle emergencies professionally and promptly.
