Greet arriving guests at curb-side, open car doors, and secure luggage prior to check-in;
Escort guests to their rooms and inform them of resort services and facilities;
Respond promptly to guest needs, anticipate requests, and maintain positive guest relations;
Answer Bell Desk telephone within three rings with proper greeting and etiquette;
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of Bell Desk and luggage storage areas
