The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Team Leader who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The role requires work authorization and offers an opportunity to shape guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule.

• Inspect the work of a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants responsible for cleaning and upkeep of specific areas.
• Schedule work, collect room and floor status sheets, monitor daily progress, and inspect completed rooms to ensure standards have been met.
• Bring employees back to correct deficiencies, coordinate work orders, follow up to ensure completion, and release checkout rooms for sale.
• Monitor House Attendants’ performance, ensure sufficient supplies on guest floors, and check cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets.

• Ability to accurately read and work with computer systems.
• Housekeeping and leadership experience preferred.
• Legal work authorization in United States.
• Proficiency in English and working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.

• Hourly rate: $28.20.
