The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Housekeeping House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Housekeeping House Attendant has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

• Assist the Guest Attendants as necessary – e.g., assist in putting on bed skirts, rotating mattresses, replacing canopies, etc.
• Maintain and resupply the guest room supplies and linen in the F‑station service areas daily. Ensure cleanliness and neatness, free of litter, of hotel pathways, F‑stations, guest laundry rooms, and all assigned areas. Remove all garbage and recyclable items and discard appropriately.
• Clean and prepare arrival rooms. In the room, clean glass windows and doors. Conduct high dusting of the room (e.g., headboard, ceiling fans, vents). Ensure the cleanliness of all lanais, lanai furniture, railings, fixtures, entryways, and stairs of all guest rooms.
• Deliver and pick‑up guest request items when assigned (e.g., irons, ironing boards). This also includes making up and delivering cribs and rollaway beds. Assist in moving beds and furniture as requested.
• Assist Housekeepers as required. Help move beds and furniture, turn mattresses, remove or hang sheers and drapes.

• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; working knowledge of iPod Touch device or similar hardware and applications.
• Weekend & Holiday availability required.
