Present menu selections with confidence, sharing knowledge about ingredients, preparation methods, and culinary offerings;
Communicate guest requests and dietary needs accurately to culinary and banquet leadership teams;
Deliver food and beverage items efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and Four Seasons service standards;
Assist with the setup and breakdown of banquet events, including linen, china, glassware, silverware, buffet displays, and event décor elements
