Junk Removal Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Technician to become a part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with team members to safely and efficiently load materials into company trucks. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients to deliver exceptional customer service, as well as handling on-site billing and payment collection. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sustainability initiatives by helping to divert materials away from landfills.

• Work as part of a team to safely load and transport materials from client locations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, communicating professionally with clients and team members.
• Safely operate and drive company vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of trucks, ensuring cleanliness and accountability.
• Manage billing procedures on-site, including handling payments and completing necessary paperwork.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software and technology devices effectively.
• Participate in daily huddles with the Production Coordinator to review schedules and equipment needs.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, conducting inspections and troubleshooting as needed.
• Consistently deliver high-quality service that generates positive feedback and repeat customers.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs consistently and 80 lbs occasionally.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to handle conflict management and maintain a friendly, respectful demeanor.
• Commitment to excellence and strong time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology, including tablets and CRM systems.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
