As a Maintenance Tech I, you’ll make dream vacations by providing quality results for our guests using your maintenance skills, customer service expertise, and ensuring each unit and building is in perfect working order.

• Perform general facility maintenance under supervision in a manner that ensures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
• Perform service requests and repairs as directed (painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, carpentry).
• Perform maintenance work for make‑ready units as directed.
• Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
• Clean and maintain outdoor landscape, including emptying trash and general landscape work.
• Inspect building systems, report deficiencies to supervisor, and adhere to the company’s safety programs.

• A professional appearance and positive, can‑do attitude with a team focus.
• Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
• Basic handyman skills.

Generally starting at $21.50 per hour. The final hourly rate will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
