Our network of stores throughout the country relies on the Field Operations & Events Manager to provide continuous support in helping them to attain positive results surrounding their Operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in addition to managing local events and community engagements.

Strategy, execution, coaching, and following up are some of your strengths. As an excellent communicator and independent thinker, you will direct the Field to focus on desired operational results within a designated area. You will also manage and coordinate local events in partnership with our retail stores to enhance community engagement and drive brand visibility. Collaborate cross‑functionally with local leadership, partners, and the SSC (Store Support Center) to align event strategies with company objectives and ensure consistent messaging.
Responsibilities include:
- Work collaboratively and across business lines / units to ensure the execution of operational and sales responsibilities.
- Proactively ensure that company & partner policies are understood and adhered to by the team members and understood throughout your designated territory.
- Partner with local leadership & partners to achieve necessary results.
- Produce and analyze ad‑hoc reports needed to understand various aspects of processes and performance.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for resolution of issues discovered.
- Maintain a balance of impartiality and fairness while promoting Sales & Operational excellence.
- Travel within the territory and communicate to leadership on trends relating to store operations.
- Develop and execute event plans that support both local store goals and broader company initiatives.
- Work closely with local leadership, marketing, communications, and corporate events team to identify local event opportunities and leverage promotional resources.
- Oversee event logistics, including scheduling, staffing, IT systems, vendor coordination, and on‑site execution.
- Monitor and report on event performance, incorporating feedback from store teams and cross‑functional partners to drive continuous improvement.
- Facilitate post‑event reviews with relevant stakeholders to assess outcomes and share best practices.
- Identify training needs for store teams related to event participation and collaborate with appropriate departments to deliver effective training.

- Passionate regarding merchandising and operational functionality of a retail location.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience in project management preferred.
- Prior financial/sales reporting experience preferred.
- Strong background in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
