Supervisory Program Analyst

• You will provide guidance and direction to range Program Managers to assure effective management of national and international programs supported by Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF).
• You will provide recommendations to the Range Operations Department Head regarding the development and capabilities of the range to meet current and future needs of customers.
• You will partner with other Range Divisions Heads, including Systems Data Processing and Display, Threat Simulation, Range Safety, Communications, Air Operations, Supply and Public Works to support Test and Evaluation requirements.
• You will review program cost estimates and expenditures derived by Program Managers to assure compatibility with overall PMRF budget and charging policies.
• You will routinely represent PMRF at top echelon conferences of US and Allied nation sponsors, contractors, and other U.S. and foreign government agencies.

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
• Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR .
• This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
