We’re hiring a Brewer I to join our production team and help bring great beer to life—from grain to can.
Brewer I – Craft Brewery Production TeamLove beer? Love the process behind it even more? This is your chance to get hands‑on in a fast‑paced, team‑driven brewery environment where quality, safety, and creativity all matter.
As a Brewer I, you’ll be an essential part of the brewing operation—supporting everything from wort production and fermentation to cellar work and packaging coordination. You’ll work closely with our Head Brewer and cross‑functional teams to make sure every batch meets our standards.
What You’ll Be DoingAssist in brewing, cellaring, filtration, and overall beer production.
Perform daily operations like CIP/SIP, yeast handling, fermentation monitoring, dry hopping, carbonation, and general cellar work.
Operate brewing equipment (manual and automated) while maintaining strict quality standards.
Conduct in‑process checks and track batch performance and raw material quality.
Support material handling, including unloading and moving raw ingredients (forklift/pallet jack use).
Keep the brewery clean, organized, and running safely at all times.
Collaborate with Packaging, QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to keep production flowing.
What We’re Looking ForA brewing‑related degree OR 1–2 years of relevant experience (brewery or similar production environment).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow SOPs and understand brewing terminology.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
A self‑starter who can stay organized, adapt quickly, and work both independently and as part of a team.
Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Physical & Schedule RequirementsAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active (standing, bending, lifting) throughout shifts.
Comfortable working in a production environment with temperature changes, humidity, and PPE.
Must be available for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Must be 21+.
