Kona Brewing Hawaii is seeking a Brewing Operator to join our team in Kailua, Hawaii. This entry-level, full-time hourly role supports the Brewing/Cellar operations, monitors fermentation, and maintains quality while assisting with equipment and facility duties.
Anticipated pay is $23‑$24 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include following SOPs, operating manual and automated equipment, CIP and sanitation, and collaborating with the Brewing team.
