Life Care Centers of America, a private 47‑year industry leader with over 200 locations nationwide, is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team. As an RN, you will deliver quality nursing care, conduct ongoing patient assessments, revise care plans, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs to help patients achieve the highest level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

• Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessment and revise care plans as conditions change.
• Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily.
• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Use reasoning skills and good judgment in patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate productively on the interdisciplinary team.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (nursing diploma).
• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• One (1) year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current.
