• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to standards of care and the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs, plan individualized care, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions, changes in status, and effectiveness of treatments.
• Coordinate care with other clinical disciplines and services; communicate clearly with the care team.
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant care delivery.
• Document care delivery and patient responses accurately and timely; uphold professional and patient safety standards.

• Active Registered Nurse license in Hawaii
• Med Surg nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (3x per week)
• Travel nursing experience or willingness to travel to a temporary assignment
• Strong critical thinking, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Adaptability to a fast-paced care setting with supervisory responsibilities
