Benefits
All part‑time and full‑time associates will earn paid time off (PTO) from their date of hire. PTO can be used for vacation, sick days, personal days, holidays, or cashed out up to 40 hours per paycheck. Benefits include Health, Vision, and Dental coverage.
ResponsibilitiesAs an essential member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN delivers quality nursing care to patients, evaluates patient needs through ongoing assessment, revises care plans based on changes in the patient’s condition, and provides clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs.
Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- License: currently licensed/registered in applicable state with an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing throughout employment.
- Preferred: one (1) year skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; must remain current during employment.
Job Requirements
- Implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the department.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
- Concentrate and use reasoning skills and good judgment.
- Communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
