Requirements:
Current nursing license Experience in post-critical care settings Ability to monitor and provide care for medical and surgical patients, including those who are monitored or ventilator-dependent
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of nursing staff Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment in patient management Ensure safety and quality of care for patients in a step-down unit
