Located in Kailua, Adventist Health Castle is a leading healthcare provider on O'ahu.

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Collects relevant data pertaining to the patient's health or situation, analyzes assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues, and implements the care plan. Collaborates with the team of patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide safe, humane, and caring care. Directly provides health information to patients, families, and the treatment team. Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and delegates appropriately, coordinating the duties of healthcare team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
