JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and quick-thinking Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. The ER Nurse will be responsible for providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients in critical condition, ensuring high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage patients based on severity of condition using standardized protocols Administer medications, IVs, and emergency interventions as needed Monitor vital signs and patient progress; document accurately in EMR Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning Provide emotional support and education to patients and families Maintain a clean, safe, and organized ER environment. Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control standards Participate in emergency codes and disaster preparedness drills

Required Qualifications:

Valid RN license in state. Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN preferred) Minimum 1–2 years of ER or critical care experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to multitask under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Experience in trauma or high-acuity ER settings

Certifications:

BLS (Basic Life Support) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)

Education:

Bachelors Degree Certification:
Basic Life Support , Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
