Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests with vivid descriptions of origin, taste, and preparation methods.;
Communicate guest orders to the kitchen using the hotel's point-of-sales system and coordinate food timings.;
Check completed kitchen orders against the guest's original order and transport items to the guest table promptly.;
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to guest concerns and requests.;
Properly close guest checks and process payments, including cash and credit card transactions, and settle voided or complimentary meals.
