Job Overview:
Mobile Associates, Store‑in‑Store, form an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They are ambassadors, actively engaging customers in a high‑traffic environment, building relationships, educating about T‑Mobile solutions, and excelling in sales to meet quality and performance targets.

• Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a highly‑traffic retail environment using digital tools, effective communication, and education of T‑Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self‑serve tools throughout customer interactions and onboarding, recommending wireless solutions and helping customers utilize the T‑Mobile app.
• Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer ready.
• Build rapport and loyalty, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage "Be Back" processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership and teams to support customers from account set‑up to device support and account servicing.

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred (Required)

• Passionate customer advocate with the ability to balance customer experience and performance goals (Required)
• Team building mindset; willingness to collaborate with peers and store leaders (Required)
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Within the first 90 days working at T‑Mobile, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. Once completed, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and full‑time status. All employees at T‑Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives.
