Retail Merchandiser - Walmart

Overview

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and connecting customers with the brands they love in one of the world’s largest retailers.

• Schedule work days from Sunday through Saturday, with full‑time options of at least five days a week (Friday required) or part‑time options of two to four days a week (Friday required).
• Start work between 6 am and 9 am, working between 6 am and 6 pm; evenings are not required.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products, and straighten products on the shelf.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to place in the store.
• Use a company‑issued mobile device to complete tasks while navigating multiple applications.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Acosta’s field technology on the mobile device as you complete work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart store(s) and partner with store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with a direct manager via email, phone, and text.
• Own the assigned store(s) as the face of Acosta, building and maintaining relationships with Walmart staff.
• Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices with the Walmart team nationwide through various communication channels.
• Contact a direct manager for help with challenges in store; they are there to assist.
• Complete work within the allotted timeframe, following instructions precisely.
• Provide accurate and concise data and photos by following mandatory instructions.
• Report work the same day it is completed.

• Access to reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations on a daily schedule.
• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
