• $50,000 – $85,000+ annual earnings potential (Hourly base pay + uncapped commission)

• Guide customers through furniture and home design selections using a consultative approach
• Build strong relationships and create a welcoming, inspiring showroom experience
• Help customers bring their vision to life with thoughtful product recommendations
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
• Develop product and design knowledge that builds confidence and credibility

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
• Motivation to succeed in a performance-driven environment
• Furniture, design, or retail sales experience preferred

  Reliable transportation is required.
