Aloha Kia Kona, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager who embodies respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

- Prior sales manager or Finance & Insurance (F&I) experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., hold a valid in‑state driver's license, and maintain a good driving record per company standards.
- Must be able to provide references upon request.
- Competitive compensation package and 401(k) with company match; average annual compensation $60,000–$110,000+ with opportunities to earn more.

- Promote teamwork through development and mentorship.
- Make recommendations regarding car inventory needs and assist in advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.
