Aloha Kia Kona, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager who embodies respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork.

  • Must be able to provide references upon request.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors and other team members by setting clear goals and objectives.
  • Train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve optimal results.
  • Lead by example and assist Sales Advisors in closing deals when necessary.
  • Develop improvement programs for individuals who are not meeting objectives.
  • Promote teamwork through development and mentorship.
  • Make recommendations regarding car inventory needs and assist in advertising campaigns and other promotions.
  • Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives.
