Automotive F&I Manager

Overview

Ken Garff Automotive Group is looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to provide exceptional service and financing options to customers at a Ken Garff dealership.

• Treat every customer in a friendly, professional manner regardless of financing or purchasing decision.
• Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail averages.
• Set up monthly forecasting with the sales department and use forecast to establish and meet monthly objectives.
• Submit all paperwork to finance sources and obtain approvals, finalize all dealership paperwork, and submit to accounting office in a timely manner.
• Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in transactions.
• Assist the dealership in managing deal and cash flow in accordance with company Contracts‑In‑Transit (CIT) guidelines.

• Friendly and cooperative with ability to quickly connect with customers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a preference for high quality and technical expertise.
• Previous experience in a dealership F&I department, selling financial services, or auto sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Must provide references upon request.

• Annual base compensation range $60,000 – $120,000+ plus opportunities to earn additional income.
