Provide customer service while conducting access control and screening at a government court location, including greeting visitors, giving directions, and supporting orderly entry.;
Operate walk-through metal detectors, handheld wands, and X-ray screening equipment per site-specific policies, and follow procedures for prohibited items and secondary screening.;
Verify identification and/or credentials as required, issue visitor passes when authorized, and maintain entry logs and screening documentation.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to site leadership and/or emergency services as directed.;
Conduct periodic checks of screening areas, entry points, and nearby public spaces to deter unauthorized access and support a professional environment.
