Security Officer Screening Specialist in Kailua, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Screener in a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor entry activity, conduct screenings, and support security-related protocols while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Your visible presence can help to deter incidents and promote a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $18.12 / Hour

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Screen employees, visitors, vendors, and/or deliveries at designated entry points in accordance with site protocols and access requirements.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting potential concerns and helping to deter unauthorized activity.

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
