Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer Full Time Driver Inspection Patrol in Kailua, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare setting, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Pre-Employement Requirement:

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and potential security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
- Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site-specific reporting requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. - A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
