As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Kailua, HI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols and drive as needed to help maintain a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)
• Valid Driver's License - In Job State (C124)

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, verifying authorized access as directed, and providing courteous directions to patients and visitors.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and observations accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
