Hunt Military Communities in Kailua, HI seeks Maintenance Technicians at levels I–III to join the Ohana team. The role covers general maintenance of rental housing, make-ready work, and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, often outdoors. A $2,500 sign-on retention bonus is paid after 6 months. Candidates must have 1–3 years in maintenance and a valid driver's license.
