Qualifications
  • Legal Authorization to Work: Citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States.
  • Basic

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four- year college or university with a minimum of 12 semester credit hours in courses such as counseling, criminal justice, human services, psychology, social work, social welfare, sociology or other behavioral sciences.
  • Specialized

    Experience:

    Six months for Level II; one and one-half years for Level III; two and one-half years for Level IV with progressively responsible professional work experience that involves helping individuals and families resolve problems and function effectively.
  • Substitutions: Relevant substitutions described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements apply.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required for some positions.
